With a notable career spanning over three decades in the security industry, Sam brings a wealth of experience and strategic vision to Kolins Security Group.
Samuel F. Vinicur is a Board-Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a designation that highlights his expertise in all aspects of security management. His extensive background includes leadership roles in both public and private sectors, where he successfully led security operations, risk management, and business continuity programs. His experience with applying cutting edge security technology to improving security processes fuels his passion for the security mission.
Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Temple University. A decades long member of ASIS International, he has held Chapter and Regional leadership roles with the organization. He is a member of InfraGard and recent graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy. A retired Pennsylvania State Constable, Sam is a lead instructor for Temple University’s Law Enforcement Academy. His commitment to excellence and innovation has consistently delivered measurable results, making him a respected figure in the industry.
In his new role as President and CSO, Vinicur will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Kolins Security Group’s operations, with a particular focus on enhancing the company’s physical security consulting offerings and driving growth.
